Code Club Lviv

Code Club Ukraine is a nationwide network of free coding clubs for children and teenagers aged 8-17. The initiative is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and domestic IT companies.
The project is part of the International Volunteer Initiative Code Club World, originally from the UK. It was founded in 2010 by British volunteers – web designer Claire Sutcliffe and programmer Linda Sandvik. Code Club communities have emerged in more than 20 countries around the world. The first branch in 2013 was Code Club Ukraine, initiated by TA Ventures and Victoria Tigipko.
Code Club is a fun and creative activity. It is very important for us that children enjoy the activities and do not perceive them as just another school lesson. According to students, our programs are 92% fun. This means that they like them!
Thus, Code Club students gain basic knowledge about programming in a playful way and can try on their future profession.
